We provide Physical & Occupational Therapy focused on specialized pelvic health care in one-one-one appointments. We aim to give the best care and that requires more time, so each visit is typically 60-minutes. Due to poor insurance rates, delayed access to care, being forced to triple book to make ends meet, and spend hours tracking down payments or on the phone for wrongful denials... we are UNABLE to accept most insurances and offer self-pay rates for appointments. We are in-network with Traditional Medicare ONLY due to differences in their structure at this time.

Scar Treatment

Skilled manual therapy and/or use of the specialized Dolphins scar therapy device to reduce tightness and improve the function and appearance of C-section and other scars.

Performed by a Licensed Physical Therapist. Can be included in your full PT session or booked as its own separate session.

Scar treatment sessions are 30-minutes and cost $80.

(Improvement can typically be seen immediately, but usually requires follow-up treatment sessions to achieve desired goals)

Vagus Nerve Stimulator

The Vagus Nerve is an important cranial nerve that connects the brain to the gut.

Functions of the Vagus Nerve includes:

helps regulate digestion
affects mood & emotional response (stress)
involved in the body's immune system response
plays a role in controlling heart rate and blood pressure
influences breathing patterns

Signs of dysfunction can include stress, poor sleep, digestive imbalances, abdominal pain & bloating, anxiety, poor immune response, and more.

This treatment focuses on using the Dolphin Vagus Nerve Stimulator device for a non-invasive approach to modulating the vagus nerve to help you feel better.

Sessions are 30-minutes and cost $49

(results can be felt in one session but typically require additional sessions for lasting symptom-improvement. May be recommended 1-2x per week for 3-4 weeks).

Postpartum & Other Pelvic Health Home Exercise Program

If a customized PT/OT evaluation isn't right for your needs, we also offer a home exercise program through our HIPPA-compliant software where we can provide education, exercises, videos, and handouts to help you recover. Track your progress, rate the difficulty, and directly communicate with one of Therapists all from home on your time.

Cost $49 per month with unlimited access to direct-messaging and modifications to program.

In-Home Support After Child Birth (Immediate Assistance first 4 weeks)

Get immediate support brought to you for your postpartum care. Most Mothers are discharged from the hospital with little education on self-care despite possible surgery, sutures, pain, and/or generalized weakness. They go home in pain, in a body that has changed immensely, but still have to care for a newborn and themselves (and maybe other kids, pets, etc.) Just trying to rest or bend over to change a diaper might be painful. You don't have to suffer in pain for 6-8 weeks before being "cleared."

In this Concierge service: a Licensed Physical Therapist will come to your home as soon as you'd like within the first 6 weeks postpartum to help you learn how to properly care for yourself to reduce pain and promote better healing early on.

Limited availability per month. Designed to prioritize immediate help to postpartum mothers without having to plan far ahead. Cost is $450 for a 100-minute session and currently limited to the surrounding areas from Barnegat, NJ. Included in the appointment: individualized evaluation, treatment, education, recommendations, and a self-treatment plan. Includes 3 months of monitoring through direct messaging and home exercise plan software.

*please note that no internal pelvic floor assessment is done until cleared by Physician. Any further need for PT/OT treatment is offered as needed at the in-office standard visit rate.

Medicare-Covered Home Exercise Program

For traditional Medicare recipients who may:

not have the time or want to commit to a full schedule of PT/OT
looking for guidance on safe exercises
looking to build strength
help with osteoporosis management

An Initial Evaluation needs to be done first (in-person or telehealth) and is covered by Medicare. The home exercise program software falls under "Remote Therapeutic Monitoring" guidelines and is a Medicare-covered service.

Healthy Movement Wellness Screenings & Injury Prevention

The best way to treat an injury is to prevent it, or to catch it early on. This appointment consists of a comprehensive movement screening looking at posture, balance, form, mobility, and strength. Perfect for those with minor concerns, or those looking to work on overall wellness and injury-prevention. The focus of the visit will be designed to your specific needs and goals. A plan will be implemented with customized exercises & activities.

This visit will include one month of the Home Exercise Program Software with direct monitoring and communication with one of our Licensed Therapists. You can choose to continue with add-ons of additional wellness visits or home program at your discretion.

$200 for a 75-minute screening and home program set-up.
