We treat the conditions most people aren't openly talking about such as pain down there, leaking urine when sneezing, running to the bathroom frequently, and MANY other things like this.

We recognize that this can be a sensitive topic, so all of our treatments rooms are private. Appointments are always 1:1 so you have our full attention for the duration of your session, which is typically 45-60 minutes.

We believe in an individualized treatment plan. So no two people's sessions will look the same. We utilize a variety of manual, hands-on skills with therapeutic exercises and activities. We are big on EDUCATION, so we want you to fully understand what is happening and why, so that we can help you reach your goals.

We also find it crucial to be able to treat you how you need it, and not how the insurance company dictates. Not all pelvic floor areas are covered by insurance, or they limit what and how we can treat you. Therefore, we are currently out of network with nearly all insurance plans. (We currently accept Medicare).  Appointments are self-pay and upon request you may receive a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA plans.
